We stand behind the value of each session, with respectful and transparent terms to support your experience.

Confidentiality

Everything shared is held in strict confidence—during and after our work together.

Confidential information includes (but is not limited to): your identity, employment, financials, personal matters, intellectual property, and corporate methodology.

The only exceptions: If you disclose intent to harm yourself, another person, a child, or an animal, I may choose to notify the appropriate authorities.

The Five-Minute Understanding

Within the first five minutes, we’ll both know if the connection is aligned.

If either of us chooses not to continue, we’ll part ways gracefully—with no charge and no judgment.

Refunds & Missed Appointments

Sessions require mutual commitment.

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you agree to pay for the time reserved.

The Nature of Insights

You may bring a specific question, but intuitive insights that arise may not address it directly.

You’ll receive what you most need to know, even if it’s not what you expected.

Please note:

Discomfort with the truth is not grounds for a refund. Truth can be confronting—and transformational.

Personal Responsibility

By engaging with The Insightful Foundation, you agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

Our work is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or financial counsel.

You agree to discern wisely and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.

Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is due within 24 hours of your session, unless you are on a monthly priority retainer.

• You’re welcome to reschedule at any time with 48 hours’ notice.

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation and subject to full session payment.
