Insightful Policies

Effective Date: November 11, 2025

This Agreement outlines the terms under which clients engage with Elizabeth Rea and Insightful for sessions, workshops, or other services involving Psychic Intelligence.

1. Mutual Commitment

All sessions and services require mutual commitment. By scheduling or participating in a session, the client agrees to fully engage in the process.

2. Payment

Payment is due before your scheduled session.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to full payment.

4. Refunds

Once a session has been scheduled and payment received, no refunds are provided.

5. Monthly Reserved Time

For clients on a monthly schedule, a specific amount of time is reserved on Elizabeth’s calendar each month. If a client chooses not to use their reserved monthly time, that time expires and cannot be carried forward or refunded.

6. The Nature of Psychic Intelligence

You may bring a specific question, but intuitive insights that arise may not address it directly.

You will receive what you most need to know, even if it is not what you expected.

Please note:

Discomfort with the truth is not grounds for a refund. Truth can be confronting—and transformational.

7. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with Insightful, you agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

Our work is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or financial counsel.

You agree to discern wisely and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.

8. Guarantee

In the extraordinarily rare event that Elizabeth Rea is unable to convey Psychic Intelligence during a scheduled session, another session will be scheduled, or your money will be refunded, at her discretion.
